The Covid-19 pandemic has affected life around the globe and the work of the Countdown to 2030 is no exception. The impact is felt by women, children and adolescents around the world, directly and indirectly. Health and social services may be disrupted and communities, households and individuals are often affected by the socioeconomic consequences. In order to make informed decisions due to the changing environment, partners in the Countdown are involved in Covid-19 specific research. The Countdown collaboration aims to continue its work with low and middle income countries to strengthen evidence and data analysis for women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health, taking into account the Covid-19 pandemic.
