The Countdown Financing Technical Workgroup has recently published their methodology for creating a database that can be used for analyzing official development assistance and private grants to RMNCH, including suggestions for how the database can be used by others. The full dataset with expenditure values for child, maternal and newborn health, and reproductive and sexual health is available at http://datacompass.lshtm.ac.uk/320/, and an interactive data visualization tool based on this same data is available at https://public.tableau.com/profile/ardito#!/vizhome/WorldRMNCH/DisbursementsRMNCH.
The paper that describes the dataset with more technical detail has been published in Nature Scientific Data journal. Read the full paper here http://www.nature.com/articles/sdata201738.
