We have updated our website to describe our current work and to provide more resources to the global community of people working to improve the health of women children and adolescents.
Countdown began a new phase of work in 2020 with a revised project structure which is explained here. Earlier work is described on the history and achievement and impact pages. Reports from 2015 and 2017 remain available.
Some key improvement added to the website:
- Searchable publications database for reports and peer-reviewed journal articles. We hope this will help researchers and other stakeholders access the > 250 Countdown publications that have been published as of April 2021.
- Resource pages for each of the six data & analysis centers: Equity Health facilities Health financing Effective coverage Geospatial Health policy & systems.
- Video tutorials on data analysis which are posted on the Countdown YouTube channel and the what’s new section of the website.
- Descriptions of current country-level work, summaries of the work related to the Global Financing Facility and the Exemplars in Global Health, and detailed pages for each country collaboration.
As before, the website also publishes current country-level profiles on reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health; early childhood development; and equity.
Feedback on the new website or requests for more information are welcome and can sent to countdown@jhu.edu.
