Description
session124Based on new analyses from recent population-based surveys, this session reviewed recent levels and trends in inequalities in the coverage of reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health interventions, with emphasis on socioeconomic inequities. Data from Brazil’s experience will demonstrate how the adoption of propoor policies and creation of a universal health service can lead to overcoming these inequities.
