Call for Abstracts: Progress in reducing inequalities in health-related SDGs in the post-pandemic

The International Journal for Equity in Health (IJEqH) invites authors to submit abstracts for their upcoming collection, “Progress in reducing inequalities in health-related SDGs in the post-pandemic.” Priority will be given to authors from low- and middle-income countries, with the possibility of requesting a reduction or waiver of publication fees.

The collection aims to contribute to understanding the impacts of SDG-oriented actions on health inequalities, examine different approaches to measuring and monitoring health inequalities in the context of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and ultimately help create accountability on the promise to leave no one behind.

Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to a significant discourse on health equity and share your insights with a global audience.

Abstracts are due by 20 July 2024

and should be submitted to ijeqh.abstract.submission@gmail.com. Submissions must follow the structured format of introduction/background, objective/aim, methods, findings, and conclusions.

Professor Aluisio Barros, a Countdown researcher and Executive Director of the International Center for Equity in Health, is one of the guest editors for this collection. Abstracts may be sent directly to him via email at abarros@equidade.org.
