Fellowship Program Analytical Training

Countdown to 2030 for Women’s, Children’s, and Adolescents’ Health initiative is holding its Cohort 2 Fellowship Program analytical training from June 9 to 13

The training is aimed at strengthening the fellows’ ability to communicate research findings for policy and advocacy purposes; equipping the fellows with knowledge translation, policy engagement, and dissemination tools; providing targeted mentorship and methodological support for the fellows to finalize their research outputs; facilitating peer learning, review, and refinement of manuscripts and policy briefs, and enhancing the fellows’ capacity to develop strategic engagement and dissemination plans. This second and final technical training for the cohort is convened towards the end of the fellowship cycle.

The Countdown to 2030 Fellowship Program is a strategic initiative aimed at building analytical capacity and leadership for Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health and Nutrition (RMNCAH+N) in Africa. Through a 12-month fellowship, selected individuals from CD2030 collaborating countries conduct research projects, receive mentorship, and undergo intensive training to strengthen their technical and policy engagement capacities.
